Dapat di temukan beberapa masalah sebagai berikut yaitu calon pengguna membutuhkan informasi detail panduan lengkap mengenai kegiatan travelling, Informasi tentang MB Tours and Travel serta layanan jasa yang mereka miliki sarana promosi masih terbatas, sehingga pangsa pasar dan tingkat kepercayaan customer terbatas juga.penelitian ini memakai metode User Centered Design (UCD). UCD ialah pada proses perancangan melibatkan keikutsertaan pengalaman manusia penelitian menghasilkan rancangan tampilan Website & Travel. Pada Kesimpulan ini, peranan UI UX dalam pengembangan memberikan hasil baik dari segi antarmuka usability desain website Travel, partisipan user untuk mendapatkan efisien objektif. dihasilkan membantu development pemrograman kedepannya
